You know, I´m probably doing this all wrong. I mean, showing all the Christmas-presents as I make them. Some of the receivers are probably reading my blog every now and then… I just can´t keep a secret, I guess. Not a creative one, anyway.

So here is my latest gift. A 50s inspired necklace in silver-colored metal with dusty pink pearls. I think it will look very good on…. ups! almost told again!

I couldn´t find a proper bag or box to put in in, so I found some silk and silk velvet, and made this little double bag to hide it in. That way, it´s both a wrapping, and a sfae place to keep it afterwards.

The ribbon is sari silk fastened in one side of the bag, and just tied around it. Turned out kind of cute I think. A super-easy way to make the wrapping look exclusive!

Lots of great vegetarian food out there, indeed.. but not in Norway 😉
We counted over 35 sorts just of salami in one (!) supermarket once. But vegetarian stuff to put onto the grill? Nothing. Not even in a Mega-Coop store.
BTW: Who is Heidi Bauker?
That’s really beautiful! I make lots of vegetarian meals, lots of lentils and beans. I will be doing a test recipe in a week for homemade cheese and spinach sauce. Not sure I’ll like it but I’ll definitely try it!
Actually I think that it would look good on you – depending on your lipstick 😉
Vegetables? Yuck. They are handy though. I always put them under the meat at barbecues – it saves burning the meat – good little insulators they are
