I made a new couple (ok, 7-8) of miniature books. One with shiny, red snakeskin, and one with matte, dark blue salmon-skin, to sell in my Etsy-shop. So if you want one, now´s your chance!

The inside of the skin, with glued down cardboard. I use acid-free book-binding glue.

Each booklet has 22 pages, made from Fabriano 160 gr. watercolor paper. All the pages have torn edges, for a softer finish.

A classic binding technique with waxed linen thread. Matching the cover-color of course 😉

The spine has a small, black eyelet with a black metal ring through it, for fastening to a necklace. The pattern is the natural pattern on the back of the snake. The red color is dyed though.

And voilá! A new miniature potential art-gallery is ready.
