Today was the opening of the autumn-exhibition. I have almost all of my art gathered on the second floor in this old country grocery-store. Here are some photos from the room.
I have a variety of techniques here: oil-painting, acrylic painting, silkscreen printing, freestyle machine embroidery, mica-collage, mixed media collage, acrylic on plaster and digital photo-collage.
In between my work, are some ceramic artworks, made by Turid Vikene.
All together we are 8 artists opening in this big gallery today, 6 of us were present. Quite a crowd came for the opening.
The exhibition will be here at least until November. And if you are nearby, it is absolutely worth a trip. Bekkjarvik is such a beautiful, little town.
All in all I have 40 pictures here now, around 30 of them are brand new.
