For the Brazil-project, I thought I´d do something on tropical birds. So today Patrick the Parrot was born.
Making the background in fabric, so I have something to embroider on.
Adding the layers of thread.
The soul is in the eyes.
Adding a bit of paint to his beak makes it more three-dimensional. Patrick the Parrot at home in the rainforest. Tomorrow Mr. Tucan will join him.
