Paint on wood. Second picture. 2

Another day of painting and listening.

New audio-book. This time there are crime-scenes both in Sweden and London. Young gay boys being killed. And several heros are trying to solve the case.

I´m not liking the greyish-red wall in the background, it´s way too heavy. Even though I´m not finished with it, I want to change the color completely. It´s both the freedom and the difficulty to have the original photo in black and white. I don´t know what the original colors actually looked like. I only have the shades. (The colors you see on the photocopy, I photoshopped onto the picture myself.)

Working on their faces has taken most of the day…

I do like the jackets. I think they turned out pretty well.

Not finished yet, but at least it´s all covered in paint. I still want to change the house color, and work on some softening details.

My color-palette.

  1. It’s fascinating how the eye catches the subtleties of a nuance making a color feel all wrong or just right!
The jackets do look lovely and I like the feel of the shoes and wellies too!
    Have a great weekend!
