I was hit by a witches spell in my back on Halloween. How ironic is that?!
No pumpkins, no masks, no trick or treats, just a fall-colored hat knitted in between other chores. I usually make the patterns up as I go along, and am happy to share it with you.
Wool-yarn for needles 6, but I use 4,5. Make about 85 loops, and knit about 15 cm on a 40 cm round needle, before gradually reducing the amount of loops. At first 4 pr round, after a couple of rounds, 1 out of every 10, then after another couple of rounds, 1 out of 6, and finally 1 out of 3. Oh, and once you start reducing the amount of loops, you´ll want to switch to 5 straight needles instead of the round one. If you´re used to knitting, a hat like this should take you about 4 hours. If you´re not used to kitting, … maybe it would be better to get a real pattern, and not use my mysterious codes here 😀
