A couple of years ago I had this different kind of pizza in Las Vegas, invented at the restaurant for a waitress who loved pizza but was allergic to tomatoes. Now it´s an easy-to-make, summer-favorite dinner.
You need a pizza-dough-base covered in pesto, diced chicken and sprinkle cheese on top. That´s it. Doesn´t get easier. And it tastes yummy too! 🙂
I make a pesto pizza with sliced tomato, black olives and feta cheese. Also very good. This time of year, I make a lot of pesto! 🙂
