For the freestyle machine embroidery workshop jewelry, I wanted to make a couple of examples. This is one of them. I first made an outer line of a lace-choker. I then started to fill it.
By simply sewing a geometric pattern of little “fans”, I filled the space between the two lines more or less randomly. However, when the fabric washed away, the shapes became a lot more organic than I had expected, and to be honest: I liked it a lot better now.
