Even though summer is just over, she was already thinking about Christmas, and wanted to start making presents. Any reason to get together and create is a good reason \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n<p>I had just bought some lovely beads at <a href=\"http:\/\/www.beadshop.co.uk\/\">The Bead Shop<\/a> in London (as if I didn\u00b4t have enough already!), and was eager to do something with them.&amp;nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-3261\" title=\"London-beads\" src=\"http:\/\/www.spindelmaker.com\/wp-content\/London-beads1.jpg\" alt=\"London-beads\" width=\"250\" height=\"429\" =\"https:\/\/www.spindelmaker.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/London-beads1.jpg 250w, https:\/\/www.spindelmaker.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/London-beads1-87x150.jpg 87w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 250px) 100vw, 250px\"><\/p>\n<p>These turquoise beads (probably some sort of clay-plastic) have such a lovely color, and combining them with some old metallic beads, I made a choker-necklace. It will look good with my red coral necklace that I got in China some years ago.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-3262\" title=\"London-earring\" src=\"http:\/\/www.spindelmaker.com\/wp-content\/London-earring.jpg\" alt=\"London-earring\" width=\"250\" height=\"285\" =\"https:\/\/www.spindelmaker.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/London-earring.jpg 250w, https:\/\/www.spindelmaker.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/London-earring-131x150.jpg 131w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 250px) 100vw, 250px\"><\/p>\n<p>I also made these earrings. These metal beads were so lovely in themselves, I didn\u00b4t feel anything could be added to them, so I limited myself to the hooks. These arebought ones in silver, but it is not a problem to make them yourself.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-3263\" title=\"jewlery-equiptment\" src=\"http:\/\/www.spindelmaker.com\/wp-content\/jewlery-equiptment.jpg\" alt=\"jewlery-equiptment\" width=\"450\" height=\"300\" =\"https:\/\/www.spindelmaker.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/jewlery-equiptment.jpg 450w, https:\/\/www.spindelmaker.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/jewlery-equiptment-150x100.jpg 150w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 450px) 100vw, 450px\"><\/p>\n<p>A couple of pliers and some silver string, and a book from the library, and you\u00b4re all set.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-3264\" title=\"beadsinorder\" src=\"http:\/\/www.spindelmaker.com\/wp-content\/beadsinorder.jpg\" alt=\"beadsinorder\" width=\"350\" height=\"521\" =\"https:\/\/www.spindelmaker.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/beadsinorder.jpg 350w, https:\/\/www.spindelmaker.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/beadsinorder-100x150.jpg 100w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 350px) 100vw, 350px\"><\/p>\n<p>And the beads, of course! If you don\u00b4t live near a craft-shop where they sell beads, you have online-options:&amp;nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.perlebutikken.no\/shop\/\">Perlebutikken &amp;nbsp;<\/a>in Norway has lots of stuff.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.hipchickbeads.com\/index.php\">Hip Chic Beads&amp;nbsp;<\/a>have so much cool stuff!<\/p>\n<p>Oh, and I have to show you some of the Christmas ornaments I made:<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-3265\" title=\"christmas ornament\" src=\"http:\/\/www.spindelmaker.com\/wp-content\/christmas-ornament.jpg\" alt=\"christmas ornament\" width=\"150\" height=\"384\"><\/p>\n<p>Really simple: one, big, silver glass heart, some tiny silver glass beads, a metallic embroidery thread.<\/p>\n<p>Hearts and stars are my main ingredients for Christmas, now I have some more hearts. Or maybe they will follow along with some of the Christmas presents.
