The day with the non-stop concerts from five-thirty PM to one-thirty AM. And this is what my students have been working with the past four days.<\/p>\n<p>Part of the large letters that spell VARME (warmth) in the alley leading up to the main entrance. (I took this picture in daylight so you could better see the details)<\/p>\n<p><a rel=\"attachment wp-att-10380\" href=\"http:\/\/www.spindelmaker.com\/?attachment_id=10380\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-10380\" title=\"_MG_2065\" src=\"http:\/\/www.spindelmaker.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/02\/MG_2065.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"350\" height=\"342\"><\/a><\/p>\n<p>One of the other trees has gotten knitted hats on to keep warm!<\/p>\n<p><a rel=\"attachment wp-att-10380\" href=\"http:\/\/www.spindelmaker.com\/?attachment_id=10380\"><\/a><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-10388\" title=\"_MG_2101\" src=\"http:\/\/www.spindelmaker.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/02\/MG_2101.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"350\" height=\"441\"><\/p>\n<p>Lots of outdoor-candles light up the entrance-area, this one is giving life to a granite sculpture.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-10390\" title=\"_MG_2097\" src=\"http:\/\/www.spindelmaker.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/02\/MG_2097.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"350\" height=\"481\"><\/p>\n<p>One of the main features is this huge projected picture of fire on one of the walls. We\u00b4ve turned off all the outdoor lighting, so this really makes an impression.<\/p>\n<p><a rel=\"attachment wp-att-10391\" href=\"http:\/\/www.spindelmaker.com\/?attachment_id=10391\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-10391\" title=\"_MG_2099\" src=\"http:\/\/www.spindelmaker.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/02\/MG_20991.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"350\" height=\"525\"><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Once you get inside, you are surrounded by people and music, and you might want to start dancing. There are several \u201cpeople\u201d dancing already <img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/spindelmaker.bluesystems.no\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/04\/simple-smile-52.png\" alt=\":-)\" class=\"wp-smiley\" style=\"height: 1em; max-height: 1em;\"\/><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-10387\" title=\"_MG_2092\" src=\"http:\/\/www.spindelmaker.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/02\/MG_2092.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"450\" height=\"222\"><\/p>\n<p>I guess this is what you call a multi-media-recliner. It\u00b4s placed in front of a big video-screen with non-stop dance-videos\u2026<\/p>\n<p><a rel=\"attachment wp-att-10381\" href=\"http:\/\/www.spindelmaker.com\/?attachment_id=10381\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-10381\" title=\"_MG_2069\" src=\"http:\/\/www.spindelmaker.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/02\/MG_2069.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"350\" height=\"306\"><\/a><\/p>\n<p>\u2026 which turned out to be a success. In every break between bands, a new group of people would come here and dance to different music-videos.<\/p>\n<p><a rel=\"attachment wp-att-10407\" href=\"http:\/\/www.spindelmaker.com\/?attachment_id=10407\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-10407\" title=\"_MG_2136\" src=\"http:\/\/www.spindelmaker.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/02\/MG_2136.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"350\" height=\"228\"><\/a><\/p>\n<p>On the way in to the concert-area you pass the bar. It\u00b4s decorated with loads of old singles hanging from the ceiling. And over the bar -counter there\u00b4s lots of glasses hanging from the ceiling as well.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-10386\" title=\"_MG_2090\" src=\"http:\/\/www.spindelmaker.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/02\/MG_2090.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"450\" height=\"252\"><\/p>\n<p>Part of the bar. They really have made this passing-through-hardly-noticing-anything-room into a real room.<\/p>\n<p><a rel=\"attachment wp-att-10382\" href=\"http:\/\/www.spindelmaker.com\/?attachment_id=10382\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-10382\" title=\"_MG_2073\" src=\"http:\/\/www.spindelmaker.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/02\/MG_2073.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"350\" height=\"365\"><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Going down to the basement, is like walking onto a water world. All the toilets are down here. There is blue filter on all the lamps, and there is even water sounds here. First you walk past the big waterfall in the staircase.<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-10385\" title=\"_MG_2086\" src=\"http:\/\/www.spindelmaker.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/02\/MG_2086.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"450\" height=\"128\"><\/p>\n<p><a rel=\"attachment wp-att-10382\" href=\"http:\/\/www.spindelmaker.com\/?attachment_id=10382\"><\/a><\/p>\n<p>This old lampshade has got a new life as a jelly-fish.<\/p>\n<p><a rel=\"attachment wp-att-10383\" href=\"http:\/\/www.spindelmaker.com\/?attachment_id=10383\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-10383\" title=\"_MG_2074\" src=\"http:\/\/www.spindelmaker.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/02\/MG_2074.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"350\" height=\"503\"><\/a><\/p>\n<p><a rel=\"attachment wp-att-10383\" href=\"http:\/\/www.spindelmaker.com\/?attachment_id=10383\"><\/a><\/p>\n<p>My very favorite installation is this small children\u00b4s inflatable pool filled with 10 cm of water. In the water there\u00b4s a little stool and above the stool hangs an umbrella. It is my favorite simply because it invites the viewer into and actively be a part of the installation. I can take a break from the concerts, and cool down my feet sore from wearing high-heels\u2026<\/p>\n<p><a rel=\"attachment wp-att-10384\" href=\"http:\/\/www.spindelmaker.com\/?attachment_id=10384\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-10384\" title=\"_MG_2076\" src=\"http:\/\/www.spindelmaker.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/02\/MG_2076.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"350\" height=\"525\"><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Oh, yeah.
