Using knitting pins #3, cast on 20 stitches. Knit one, purl one, making a rib\u2026. for five rounds. Then increase a stitch pr three stitches and switching to all plain knit stitching, knit another 11 rounds before you decrease 2 stitches on either side each round.<\/p>\n
The thumb is a cheating-thumb. I added that later, by picking up 12 stitches from what was already knitted, and then just started knitting rounds again. 5 rounds before connecting 2 and 2 stitches together until there are none left.<\/p>\n

All loose ends are just tied together in a double knot and the ends left on the inside. Since it\u00b4s a decorative object, and not a wear-and-tear-thing, it should hold up no problem at all.<\/p>\n
They\u00b4re kind of cute, aren\u00b4t they? I\u00b4m looking forward to getting them on the tree! \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n
