Well, since these are quite fun to work with, a Sunday is perfect for this! \ud83d\ude00 But since I hadn\u00b4t made any g-girls since December, I thought I might \u201cwarm up\u201d a bit with a couple of smaller ones.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-16530\" alt=\"_MG_5665\" src=\"http:\/\/www.spindelmaker.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/04\/MG_5665.jpg\" width=\"450\" height=\"533\" =\"http:\/\/www.spindelmaker.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/04\/MG_5665.jpg 450w, http:\/\/www.spindelmaker.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/04\/MG_5665-150x177.jpg 150w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 450px) 100vw, 450px\"><\/p>\n<p>This one I actually made years and years ago, I just found it a little while ago. I thought it was missing something, so I added quite a bit of extra of the yellow and brown fabric. She now looks rich, like she\u00b4s supposed to!<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-16532\" alt=\"_MG_5675\" src=\"http:\/\/www.spindelmaker.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/04\/MG_5675.jpg\" width=\"350\" height=\"480\" =\"http:\/\/www.spindelmaker.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/04\/MG_5675.jpg 350w, http:\/\/www.spindelmaker.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/04\/MG_5675-150x205.jpg 150w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 350px) 100vw, 350px\"><\/p>\n<p>Then I did a quick little sketchy girl on a piece of hand-painted yellow cotton. She\u00b4s a bit crooked, but that\u00b4s part of the charm, right? \ud83d\ude09<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-16531\" alt=\"_MG_5671\" src=\"http:\/\/www.spindelmaker.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/04\/MG_5671.jpg\" width=\"450\" height=\"300\" =\"http:\/\/www.spindelmaker.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/04\/MG_5671.jpg 450w, http:\/\/www.spindelmaker.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/04\/MG_5671-150x100.jpg 150w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 450px) 100vw, 450px\"><\/p>\n<p>Well, onto the the real thing! I brought out my best thick, pure silk satin from China, in a brilliant lime-green. Seriously one of my most beautiful fabrics! I\u00b4ve added almost only silks, from India, China, England, USA, some handmade lace I did for a wedding-dress once\u2026<\/p>\n<p>It\u00b4s not completely finished yet, so I\u00b4ll have to show you the result another day, sorry about that, but you\u00b4ll just have to wait \ud83d\ude09<\/p>\n<p>Oh, and PS, for those faithful readers out there, I know I skipped the April goody-give-away. I was away, but I\u00b4ll make it up to you, by doing a double one in May.
