Like most work-clothes\/uniforms\/ safety-objects&amp;clothing, the tool-belts are<strong> a)<\/strong> expensive and <strong>b)<\/strong> ugly.<\/p>\n<p>So being a costume-designer\/maker, I decided to make my own &amp;nbsp;tool-belt!<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-17166\" alt=\"_MG_0429\" src=\"https:\/\/spindelmaker.bluesystems.no\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/04\/MG_0429.jpg\" width=\"450\" height=\"384\" =\"https:\/\/www.spindelmaker.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/08\/MG_0429.jpg 450w, https:\/\/www.spindelmaker.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/08\/MG_0429-150x128.jpg 150w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 450px) 100vw, 450px\"><\/p>\n<p>I got this leather skirt at a charity-shop for $3. I cut the two lower front panels off the skirt. Then I sew them together around the edges and in a wished pattern for pockets. Finally I cut away some of the excess leather and the pockets magically appear!<\/p>\n<p>&amp;nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-17167\" alt=\"_MG_0430\" src=\"https:\/\/spindelmaker.bluesystems.no\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/04\/MG_0430.jpg\" width=\"450\" height=\"315\" =\"https:\/\/www.spindelmaker.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/08\/MG_0430.jpg 450w, https:\/\/www.spindelmaker.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/08\/MG_0430-150x105.jpg 150w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 450px) 100vw, 450px\"><\/p>\n<p>I simply cut slices through both layers of the leather at the top, so I could slide it onto a belt. The belt is also from a charity shop. A sturdy leather belt for about $10.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-17168\" alt=\"_MG_0432\" src=\"https:\/\/spindelmaker.bluesystems.no\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/04\/MG_0432.jpg\" width=\"450\" height=\"435\" =\"https:\/\/www.spindelmaker.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/08\/MG_0432.jpg 450w, https:\/\/www.spindelmaker.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/08\/MG_0432-150x145.jpg 150w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 450px) 100vw, 450px\"><\/p>\n<p>All in all a pretty good bargain.
