And we\u00b4ve had a major cleaning\/tidying\/washing-seance. But finally getting it out of the house, other chores were waiting.<\/p>\n<p>The set for <em>Perpleks<\/em> was put up in only a day. Second day it was painted, and third day, the actors were rehearsing in it.<\/p>\n<p>&amp;nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-17532\" alt=\"_MG_1387\" src=\"http:\/\/www.spindelmaker.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/12\/MG_1387.gif\" width=\"450\" height=\"267\"><\/p>\n<p>This is a rare photo: the two theatre-directors working \u201con the floor\u201d as painters. Here they are painting the back of the set.<em><\/em><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-17559\" alt=\"20131218_112927\" src=\"http:\/\/www.spindelmaker.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/12\/20131218_112927.jpg\" width=\"450\" height=\"253\"><\/p>\n<p>My carpenter-colleague, Bjarne, made and assembled the set. As he was putting it together, I was plastering and sanding the walls, prepping them for the paint.<\/p>\n<p>Day two I painted them in 3 different shades of grey. The last thing the actors did before Christmas was a first run-through of the play. No costumes, but with some of the head-gear in place. The poor actor who\u00b4s playing the moose, needs to practice with his antlers, to learn how wide he actually is, not bumping into everything\u2026<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-17561\" alt=\"20131220_120918\" src=\"http:\/\/www.spindelmaker.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/12\/20131220_120918.jpg\" width=\"450\" height=\"297\"><\/p>\n<p>And talking of costumes\u2026 did anyone guess what this costume is?<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-17560\" alt=\"20131220_102911\" src=\"http:\/\/www.spindelmaker.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/12\/20131220_102911.jpg\" width=\"350\" height=\"540\"><\/p>\n<p>No one dared to suggest anything, so I\u00b4m posting a new photo, now it\u00b4s getting closer to finished.
