Decorate it. Be creative.&amp;amp;nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The bird-house will be part of an art-project, but it will be placed in the woods and inhabited by real birds. Everyone in the art-gurilia-group is making one each.&amp;amp;nbsp;To be honest: I asked my Dad to build the birdhouse for me. He\u00b4s got more tools. And time. And a kind heart. (Thank you, Dad!)<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-18594\" alt=\"_MG_9668\" src=\"http:\/\/www.spindelmaker.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/09\/MG_9668-400x600.jpg\" width=\"400\" height=\"600\"><\/p>\n<p>So here is the bird-house. With a little machine-embroidered bird, just to illustrate. It is&amp;amp;nbsp;my task to decorate it. And I thought I\u00b4d share part of my idea-process with you. I have already decided that I want to have a textile approach to it. Mainly because textile is my original field, but also because you don\u00b4t see all that many textile bird-houses out in the woods. So here are \u201cmood-board\u201d examples of some ideas:<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-18595\" alt=\"_MG_9669\" src=\"http:\/\/www.spindelmaker.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/09\/MG_9669-400x600.jpg\" width=\"400\" height=\"600\"><\/p>\n<p>The romantic, doily-house for the doily-chick!<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-18596\" alt=\"_MG_9660\" src=\"http:\/\/www.spindelmaker.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/09\/MG_9660-400x600.jpg\" width=\"400\" height=\"600\"><\/p>\n<p>An exotic silk-sari house for the Bollywood-bird!<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-18597\" alt=\"_MG_9663\" src=\"https:\/\/spindelmaker.bluesystems.no\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/04\/MG_9663-400x600-1.jpg\" width=\"400\" height=\"600\"><\/p>\n<p>A glittering disco-cave for the disco-queen\u2026. (ups. this isn\u00b4t textile! (This is a good idea, as it will give a hint of an upcoming exhibition still in my mind, but I need as much as possible of the embroidered pieces or that project)<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-18600\" alt=\"_MG_9661\" src=\"http:\/\/www.spindelmaker.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/09\/MG_9661-400x600.jpg\" width=\"400\" height=\"600\"><\/p>\n<p>Hola!
